POLICY OVERVIEW

At Crazy Grace Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional service.

Cancellation

We require a minimum 24-hour notice. A $25 fee applies for late cancellations and your card on file will be charged.

No-Show

Missing your appointment or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in a charge equal to the full scheduled service price. This must be paid before booking future appointments.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your remaining time will be used for the service or you may reschedule. A $25 fee will apply for rescheduling, as it’s considered a missed appointment.

Frequent Late Arrival/Cancellation

After more than one late cancellation in six months, the fee will increase to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Appointment Responsibility

You will receive email/text reminders, but failure to read or receive them does not excuse you from your scheduled service.

Credit Card Requirement

Appointment reservations require a valid credit card for booking, similar to reserving a hotel room. Your card will not be charged unless there’s a no-show or insufficient notice of cancellation. Your card information is secure and inaccessible to us.
